What You Need to Know

We use Pudo ( AKA The Hermanus Courier Guy ) to deliver your parcel to you. 

We shall provide you with a waybill number which you can use to track your order.

https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track is the website, just insert your LOCK number.

Orders are generally sent off the following day and delivery is usually 3 - 5 days .

Returns and Refunds

We're confident that you'll love our products, but if for some reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging and unused. You must also provide us with a copy of your invoice.

To return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Package your item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Write your order number and reason for return on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.

  3. Ship your package to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

We will process your refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same instructions as for a refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our refunds and returns policy. These include:

  • Items that have been used or damaged

  • Items that are not in their original packaging

  • Items that are final sale
