Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at jackie@healthyhabitssa.co.za with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution where appropriate.
Hygiene & Safety Considerations
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of our supplement products. Once a product leaves our place, we are unable to guarantee its integrity if returned, making it unsuitable for resale.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled or if an incorrect or defective item cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
